Gustave Studebaker was a charter member of the Juneau Men's Igloo.

Studebaker was born in February 1863 in Germany. He immigrated to the United States in 1881.

He came to Juneau in 1896 where he worked as a waiter and later was a partner in the Studebaker & Bosch Saloon.

He was married in 1902 in Juneau and left the state for San Diego, California in November of 1921.
