Sarah Anna Winn was a Charter Member of the Juneau Igloo Auxilary No. 6.

Anna Sarah Milbourn was born in Wiota, Wisconsin on April 5, but the year of her birth was a secret she would never divulge. (It was 1865).

She was married to William Winn on December 10, 1892 in Woodford, Lafayette, Wisconsin. They came to Juneau in 1893. She gave birth to her son Burdette A. Winn on March 21, 1896 in Juneau, and raised her step-sons John E. Winn born in December 1882, Milton Winn and Grover C. Winn who were born in January 1886, all born in Wisconsin.

She was the owner of a millinery shop.

Sarah Anna Winn died in Juneau Alaska on November 27, 1946.

Alice Jane Wallstedt was a Charter Member of the Juneau Igloo Auxilary No. 6.

Alice Jane Johnson was born on October 15, 18&3 in Oakland, Alameda, California to John
and Annie Vanderslice-Johnson.

She was married to Sigurd J. Wallstedt a billiard room owner. They had three daughters, all born in Juneau, Gertrude Lilly born on Jan 24, 1913, Wilma Wallstedt born in 1914 and Murielle Sigrid Wallstedt born on May 29, 1922.

She died in Sonoma, California on December 23, 1957.

Catherine L. Vanden Wyer was a Charter Member of the Juneau Igloo Auxilary No. 6.

Catherine L. King was born in July 1894 in Douglas, Alaska to Alice Alicia Develin, and Nicholas King.

She married Hurbert A. Vanden Wyer, who was a marine engineer, 1920. Their children lncluded Alice E. born in Alaska on June 2, 1921 and Hurbert Anthony. born in Seattle, Washington 1926

Chatherine died in Seattle on May 3, 1964.

Josephine G. Valentine was a Charter Member of the Juneau Igloo Auxilary No. 6.

She was born in October 1871 in New York to Mary Ryan and Hugh Scanlon. She moved to San Francisco and later to Juneau in 1899.

She married Frank A. Cook who was a miner. They had a daughter, Madeline Ann, born on May 15, 1905. Frank Cook died on December 15, 1905.

Josephine remarried to Emery Valentine on December 16, 1909 in Juneau. They later divorced
in 1915.

She died in Seattle, Washington on December 9, 1952.

Annetta Naghel was a Charter Member of the Juneau Igloo Auxilary No. 6.

Annetta Theresa Johnson was born on August 28, 1877 in San Francisco, California to Annie T. McClary and Alexander Johnson.

She met her husband, Charles Edward Nagel, in Sitka in 1904. At the time he was a Marine stationed there and she was working as a musician on the Pacific Coast Steamship Co. S.S. Spokane.

He proposed during the 1905 tour season and they planned to marry at the end of the next year's tour season. However she "jumped ship" in Juneau and they were was married there on August 6, 1906.

Annetta and Charles had three children, Edward Quesnel "Pat" Nagel born in Juneau on February 10, 1908, Grace Emette born in Juneau on October 28, 1909 and Gladys Agnes born in Juneau on October 10, 1911.

She died in Alameda, California on July 11, 1957. Annetta was buried in Evergreen Cemetery on July 22, 1957.

Trine Museth was a Charter Member of Juneau Igloo Auxilary No. 6.

She was born in Douglas, Alaska on November 25, 1897 to Henry and Martha Museth. Their names were Americanized from Hendrik and Marta Mjaaset when they immigrated from Voss, Norway in 1881.

When her father became ill in 1923 she moved with her father and mother and sisters Nora and Agnes to Escondido, California. She remained there after her father died in 1926 and worked as
a teller in a commercial bank for 40 years, retiring in 1963.

She died in San Diego, California on June 14, 1988.

Nora Alice Museth was a Charter Member of Juneau Igloo Auxilary No. 6.

She was born in Douglas, Alaska on June 24 1895 to Henry and Martha Nilsdatter Bolstad-Museth. Their names were Americanized from Hendrik and Marta Mjaaset when they immigrated from Voss, Norway in 1881.

She graduated from Douglas High School in 1914. She was the only senior in Douglas that year so for the last half of the year she joined four seniors at Juneau High School.

While in High School she worked as a projectionist at the local theater. After graduating she got a job in the post office in Treadwell with a salary of $45 per month.

Her father became ill in 1923 and so she moved with her father and mother and sisters Agnes and Trini to Escondido, California.

In 1925 she returned to Juneau as the bride of Joseph Augustin Williams, who was a mining engineer for Treadwell. He and Nora had been engaged before Nora left Alaska. They were married on April 21, 1925 and shortly returned to Alaska.

They raised a family of four children, Irene Patricia born in Alaska on April 3, 1926, Donald
Museth born in Alaska 1928, John Rodney born in Alaska 1931 and Marjorie Josephine born in Alaska 1934.  Joe and Nora moved to Seattle, Washington in 1983.

Nora died on January 17, 1994 in Tacoma, Washington.

Agnes Museth was a Charter Member of Juneau Igloo Auxilary No. 6.

Agnes E. Museth was born in May 29 1892 in Michigan. Her parents were Henry and Martha Nilsdatter Bolstad - Museth. Their names were Americanized from Hendrik and Marta Mjaaset when they immigrated from Voss, Norway in 1881. She came to Alaska with her family in June 1894.

Agnes graduated from Douglas High School in 1911. She attended a one-year business college in Tacoma before she began her working career as a stenographer for Alaska Juneau Gold Mine.

Her father became ill in 1923 and so she moved with her father and mother and sisters Nora and Trini to Escondido, California.

She remained in California after her father died in 1926. Agnes died on December 18, 1977 in San Diego, California.

Beatrice Mullen was a Charter Member of Juneau Igloo Auxilary No. 6.

Beatrice Margaret Behrends was born in Juneau on September 25, 1892 to Bernard B.M. Behrends and Margarete Virginia Pakel-Behrends.

She married John Francis Mullen on June 25, 1915 in Juneau. They had three children: Bernhard born March 26, 1916 in Juneau, Beatrice born October 30, 1918 in San Francisco, California and Virginia born on May 28, 1920 in Juneau.

She died in Paul Alto, California on May 16, 1982.

Ione Morton was a Charter Member of Juneau Igloo Auxilary No. 6.

lone Elizabeth McDonald was born in November 4, 1895 in Washington to John F. and Elizabeth M. Hutchison - McDonald.

She married Harold Frederick Morton on November 19, 1912 in Juneau. They had two children, son, John Frances. born in Washington 1914 and daughter Myrtle lone was born on December 15, 1914 in Douglas, Alaska.

In 1920, she was living in Sitka where her husband was Superintendent for the Alaska Pioneers Home. The family had moved to Anchorage by 1930.

She died on April 13, 1956 in Contra Costa, California.
