Think of how far you have come since you joined the organization.  Have you finished a career, or started a new one?  What other organizations are you a part of?  Have you served on a city committee?  As an officer of this great organization?  What are your thoughts and feelings on the future of Alaska?

Chances are, you’ve grown a bit, and it is time to update your Pioneers of Alaska biography.  

“BUT,” I hear you say, “I am a dynamic and multi-faceted force of nature.  I amaze myself each day.  One mere page cannot begin to capture this phenomenon of me.”  I agree whole-heartedly! So am tossing down a challenge.  

During the month of November, each day, write one page about your life.

The purpose of Pioneers of Alaska is, “…to preserve the names of all Alaska’s pioneers on its rolls; to collect and preserve the literature and incidents of Alaska’s history; and to promote the best interests of Alaska.”  Whatever effort you put into documenting your experience meets this purpose.
