This year the “Big big check” was handed out to two deserving legacy high school students.  It turned out to be a royal occasion. 

Juneau Douglas High School senior Martin Holst, grandson of Queen Janice Holst, was given $2,000 towards his higher education.

Thunder Mountain High School senior Molly Johnson, granddaughter of King Tom Dawson, also received $2,000 towards her college tuition.
