Our inaugural Pioneer Forget-Me-Not Tea was held at the Harbor Dinner Club on April 13th.  Highlighting the Gold Rush days, this tea featured live music, a fashion show, trays stacked with delicious sweets and savories, in a room beautifully decorated under the preview of our Queen Janice Holst.

The savory tea trays were generously stacked with local striped shrimp, smoked salmon, blue cheese and pear, and quail egg salad Danish-style open-faced sandwitches.

The sweet trays included Alaska Flour Company blueberry muffins supplemented with local berries, and Alaska Flour Company chocolate cupcakes.  We love that Delta Junction barley!
